Intro to Indonesian Energy Economics

Highly recommended, that's very valuable for Indonesian people who just watch and don't understand what the problem is and how to solve about the complicated of Indonesian energy management. I did read it, and then I am just mumbling that how generous we are (or stupid?).

Hanan Nugroho (HN) shows that Indonesia is rich in energy (in the real term). Indonesia (read: the government or administrator) is too generous to give 'subsidy' to Japan (the most), Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia .

Now, the SBY-Kalla's administration is trying to avoid to cut fuel subsidy and hey, they have 86 scenarios for that but there is no 'through pass'. If SBY-Kalla read the HN's article, they would have had the right decision easily and they could have a long term scenario. Not short term.
